ALUMEX – “Service Quality' and 'Motivation” 2012

Alumex recently conducted a sales/customer training workshop at Hotel Galadari for their dealers  under the theme” Service Quality' and 'Motivation” with Dammika Kalpage the most reputed marketing consultant with over 20 years experience as a lecturer in Sri Lanka and overseas.  There were seventy eight sales personnel from the island-wide dealer network who participated in this event. Some of the areas that were covered were good customer service practices, movement of goods to customers etc. The full day training was held at Galadari Hotel in Colombo and all the participants were handed a certificate of attendance.
