Samurdi certificates were distributed to recipients in Jaffna by Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe yesterday. Ministers Rajitha Senaratne, Mangala Samaraweera and Daya Gamage and state Minister Vijayakala Maheswaran, TNA MPs Mavai Senathirajah and Dharamalingam Sidharthan also participated in the event.
