The Industrial Development Board under the Ministry of Industry and Supply Management has come forward to provide all necessary facilities to the industrialists and inventors who have contributed immensely to the Government’s efforts to rescue Sri Lanka from the COVID-19 epidemic.
The Ministry said the Industrial Development Board would sponsor the industrialists who had come forward to produce medical equipment such as beds, and respiratory equipment which are essential for the health sector in the country.
Under the directive of Minister Wimal Weerawansa, two instant hotline numbers have been introduced to the Industrialists and Inventors who are ready to make their contribution towards this endeavour.
Accordingly, the Industrial Development Board of Ceylon has requested industrialists and inventors to contact them on telephone numbers 0718 063292 (Mr. Kolitha) and 0714 288473 (Mr. Srimal).
