A landslide had occurred in Mahagiridambe area along the Nallathanni - Sri Pada route damaging the water and electricity supply lines which leads to the peak of Sri Pada, during the heavy rain that prevailed on Friday night.
The Navy personnel are engaged in renovation work in the area these days. No one was injured due to the landslide.
