The Singapore Chinese Buddhist Association together with HELP International headed by Executive Director Ven. Yatamalagala Sumanasara Thera, Adviser to Qingliang Vihara in Singapore, distributed dry rations at Daham Handa Centre in Pattivila, Kelaniya among those whose livelihoods were affected in the wake of COVID-19.
