The global campaign ahead of the release of the computer-animated comedy The Angry Birds Movie 2  is in full effect. Sterling K. Brown and Jason Sudeikis joined voice-over co-star Rachel Bloom and producer John Cohen for a festive and colourful photocall promo spot in West Hollywood on Wednesday.

Josh Gad, Danny McBride, Bill Hader and Peter Dinklage are all back to reprise their role from the first film, The Angry Birds Movie, which went on to gross a healthy $352 million worldwide after its release in 2016. Sudeikis, who plays the voice of Red in both films, kept it casual in light blue denim jeans, a blue sweater and red sneakers for the promo spot.
He also sported a brown newsboy cap as he struck a number of poses alongside the the famous Birds, Piggies and company. Brown, who’s the voice of Garry Pig, also kept it casual cool in dark denim jeans, a long-sleeve camouflage shirt and blue sneakers. He appeared to be soaking up the atmosphere from the looks of his big beaming smile. New cast member Rachel Bloom has the role of Silver in the sequel film.

She donned a casual, loose-fitting black ensemble, that included a button down shirt, matching pants with gold flats.

The Crazy Ex-Girlfriend star wore her brown tresses long and flowing that was styled with some serious bangs. In the sequel to the original adaption of the Revio Entertainment game, the flightless birds and the scheming green piggies take their beef to the next level. Producer John Cohen promised ‘a lot of comedy and friction between the birds and pigs,’ during an interview with Deadline.

‘They have egos, they have some real trust issues.’
