Tel Aviv (dpa), Dec 13, 2018 - The Israeli army has temporarily blocked access to and from the Palestinian city of Ramallah, after two Israelis were killed and two others seriously wounded in a shooting in the West Bank on Thursday.

The army set up checkpoints on all roads into the city after the shooting at a bus stop at the Asaf Junction, east of Ramallah.   The army said that the attacker got out of a car and shot at soldiers and civilians before fleeing the scene, driving towards Ramallah.   The army believed there to be just one assailant and was searching the Ramallah area for him, army spokesman Jonathan Conricus told reporters.
