Virtusa Corporation, a global business consulting and IT outsourcing company that combines innovation, technology leadership and industry solutions to transform the customer experience, announced that it has designed and developed a Virtusa specific Project Management Professional Programme in partnership with the Project Management Institute Colombo, Sri Lanka (PMICSL) Chapter.
The course consists of Virtusa specific content and case studies along with modules that meet PMI’s global standards. This is the first-of-its-kind in Sri Lanka’s IT/BPO sector and will be available exclusively for Project Managers at Virtusa. We are glad to offer this world-class training with PMI. This programme will help strengthen the project management skills within Virtusa, enabling project leadership teams to successfully lead large-scale engagements for our clients,” said, Virtusa Senior Vice President and General Manager Madu Ratnayake.
“Given the dynamic demands of our programmes, we are excited to launch the Project Management Professional Programme suited to our specific requirements. The curriculum is based on industry best practices and as well as cutting-edge PM tools,” he added.
