Dialog is presents the ICE range of mobile devices exclusively for kids, with the launch of the ICE Pal smart-watch and the ICE Slate smart tab to improve your child’s security, learning and recreation. The ICE Pal smart-watch is a cool piece of wearable-tech for kids in two attractive colours, but it’s so much more than a watch - doubling as a mobile phone.
With the ICE Pal, kids can call three parent approved numbers, whilst it also serves as a location tracking device whereby parents could track the child’s whereabouts throughout the day. The ICE Pal can receive calls from eight parent-approved numbers, and has no SMS or internet facility. What’s more, the ICE Pal is equipped with an SOS button for emergency calling, and has a built-in Hazard Alert SMS feature to parents, which is triggered by a shock motion such as a fall; the removal of the watch and it is water resistant. In addition to mobile security, Dialog also presents the ultimate in child edutainment with the ICE Slate – a smart tab just for kids! The ICE Slate comes pre-loaded with fun games, painting and educational material, which are both fun and educational – to boost learning and development.
Once again, similar to the ICE Pal the Slate too comes with full parental control, ensuring that the parent has complete access to the content that is presented to the child. The Slate is equipped with Wifi connectivity, enabling parents to download content specific to the child. Dialog’s ICE range gives parents complete control over its products, ensuring seamless yet complete security for the child and communications via the device.
The Dialog ICE range of products for kids is available at all Dialog Care Centres island wide, and customers could simply dial 1777 for more information. Dialog also recently introduced the ‘Suraksha’ mobile security device for children.
The Suraksha device has outgoing and incoming calls limited to four parentapproved numbers, no SMS or internet, location tracking and automatic emergency notifications such as low battery and credit levels.
