Airtel enhances team training with thinkCube’s LeapX training platform

Bharti Airtel announced their partnership with thinkCube, the pioneer in providing ‘out of the box’ solutions to change the landscape of Digital and Cloud Services to provide online training and development services for its employees in Sri Lanka.

 
This training mechanismis expected to provide Airtel with the ability to continuously train its team members and improve the high standards of customer service maintained by the company. Airtel will use the LeapX Training platform in order to deliver a range of training material including product information, solution training and other organizational requirements via a multitude of media and resources to its team members.
