Showcasing the hidden talents of its team members Pan Asia Bank recently held its first-ever staff talent show ‘Pan Asia Bank Got Talent’ at the Bishops College auditorium.

This event, which produced an evening filled with glitz and glamour, was organised by the Human Resources Department of Pan Asia Bank together with its Sports Club.

Pan Asia Got Talent, which included several entertaining musical and dancing items, not only stimulated creativity among its employees but also strengthened team work and camaraderie among the bank’s most valued asset, its staff members.

“We take the welfare and development of our staff very seriously. We believe an event such as this, organised in line with the banks 20th anniversary, is an ideal moment to recognize their other talents providing them a stage to display their artistic and creative side as different from that of being a professional banker,” stated Pan Asia Bank Deputy General Manager Naleen Edirisinghe addressing the audience at the event.

“It was such an overwhelming moment to see such a large gathering of staff members of the bank to witness the talent within the bank and we are really proud of our talented Pan Asians,” commented Head of Human Resources and Pan Asia Bank Sports Club President Rohitha Amarapala.

The show was attended by over 500 staff and their family members and loved ones and was a huge success with both the performers and the audience enjoying every moment of show, filled with shining talent by the team members of Pan Asia Bank.
