IPM Sri Lanka, the nation’s leader in human resource management (HRM), will be commemorating 15 years since the opening of the ‘HR House’ with an all religious ceremony on September 28 and 29, 2015.

This institution, particularly the HR House, has nurtured many HR professionals over the years. This now iconic building stands out and cannot be missed by passers-by travelling to and from Narahenpita for its uniqueness and placement.

The commemoration will be celebrated with a collective multifarious religious ceremony organised by the council and the staff members of the IPM with the blessing of clergies of all religions and with the participation of the past presidents, council members, members, staff members and special invitees.

Accordingly, on Friday, August 28, the institute will conduct an all-night Pirith-chanting ceremony followed by an alms giving and other religious blessings the next morning. As an education institute that nurtures talent, it believes that the multi-religious ceremony will be beneficial for the betterment and wellbeing of the institute, students, faculty members, academics, members, past presidents and the governing council as a whole.
