Sarva bags two Gold Creative Abbys in India

Sarva Integrated proved its metal yet again by winning two Creative Abbys and being named ‘Best of South Asia’ at the recently concluded Goafest 2016.


Battling intense competition from over 200 agencies in the Indian and South Asian region, Sarva’s unique insight driven entry was originally shortlisted in four categories before finally emerging with Gold in the ‘Corporate’ and ‘Media & Publications’ divisions.

Goafest, the benchmark for creative advertising in South Asia, typically attracts the best gems in the South Asian sub continent each year with only the most brilliant amongst them winning through. In light of the extremely high bar set by judges at Goafest each year, Sarva’s own win of two Golds (and the ‘Best of South Asia’ title) becomes all the more spectacular as they become two of a total38 Golds, awarded for outstanding creativity, out of a total tally of over 3000 entries. Due to the exceptionally high judging standards in effect, categories with no campaign worthy of a Goafest standards ported a ‘No Winner’ banner. 


Sarva’s winning entry was the brainchild of Creative Director, Prageeth Maniyangama. A well-known, well respected figure in the Sri Lankan ad industry, Prageeth said, ‘Last year, my team and I were very happy to win a gold on a platform as prestigious as Goafest. So, being able to outdo last year’s performance by bringing home not just one, but two prestigious Golds, in addition to the ‘Best of South Asia’ Award, is a source of pride to us on both a personal and professional level.”
