NDB was felicitated with two awards for Best Training Partnership with External Vendors and Best Employer Brand Award at the World HRD Congress at the Sri Lanka Best Employer Brand Awards 2017 held recently at the Taj Samudra Colombo.
The World HRD Congress hosted the awards ceremony in recognition of the top organizations and individuals from Sri Lanka who are exemplary in the human resource Sector.
It is a global event that encompasses all crucial elements of HR, including strategic human resource management (HRM), training and development, learning, coaching, leadership, organisational development, design-thinking and HR tech.
