The Colombo Fort Magistrate Ranga Dissanayake today noticed the Ceylon Electricity Board (CEB) to be present in courts on April 9 over its failure to provide the Public Utilities Commission of Sri Lanka (PUCSL) with the reports relating to the power cuts.
The Magistrate made this order after considering a request made by the PUCSL to summon nine senior officers of the CEB including its Chairman.
