Two airlines that had suspended flights to Sri Lanka due to the COVID-19 pandemic, have resumed their operations, the BIA duty officer said.

Accordingly, two flights, Salam Air and Thai Air Asia touched down at the Bandaranaike International Airport (BIA) on Thursday.

A flight operated by Salam Air arrived at the BIA from Muscat, Oman carrying 75 passengers, while a Thai Air Asia cargo aircraft landed at the BIA on Thursday night.
