TRCSL advises operators to provide service for consumers

•  TRCSL also advised the operators to extend a grace period until end of April to pay the bills 

Telecommunications Regulatory Commission of Sri Lanka (TRCSL) advised all mobile and fixed telephone operators to provide continuous services for all consumers, ensuring there is no service disconnections based on non-payment.  

Considering the prevailing situation in the country due to the coronavirus, the TRCSL also advised the operators to extend a grace period until end of April to pay the bills.
