Minister Arjuna Ranatunge’s bodyguard police constable Aruna Sri Nandana silva who was accused of killing a person was yesterday released from all charges by the Colombo Chief Magistrate.
The decision came after the CCD informed Court that the Attorney General had given instructions to release him over the incident.
