Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe left for Singapore on a two day visit last morning. Sources from the Prime Minister’s office said he had gone on a private visit. He is expected to return to the island on Friday June 14, 2019.
Former Defence Secretary Gotabaya Rajapaksa and Chief Incumbent of Gangarama Vihara, Ven. Galaboda Gnanissara Thera are currently in Singapore. However, sources did not mention anything about the Premier visiting Mr. Rajapaksa or the prelate.
