Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa is scheduled to assume duties tomorrow at 10.30a.m. at the Prime Minister’s Office.
He took oaths as the 14th Prime Minister of Sri Lanka yesterday. He was elected to Parliament representing the Kurunegala District as an MP. He obtained the highest number of preferential votes in election history in this country.
