Man who fled from isolated area in Colombo treated inhumanly

A man who had fled to Walasmulla from a isolated area in Colombo had been captured by villagers and handed over to the police on Monday.

He had been roaming around in Pahala Obada in Walasmulla according to health authorities.   The man had been captured at around 4pm on Monday.
