Three RDA employees tested Covid positive
Kottawa exit of the Southern Expressway will be closed from 6 am this morning except for buses and ambulances after three employees of the Road Development Authority (RDA) attached to the exit point were tested positive for coronavirus, Ministry of Highways announced.
Although vehicles will be allowed to enter the expressway from Kottawa interchange, tickets will not be issued. Motorists have been advised to use Athurugiriya and Kahathuduwa exit points.
