The Attorney General has instructed the CID Director to name Army Intelligence Officer Lalith Rajapaksa as a suspect, record his statements and produce him in court under the Criminal Procedure Code in connection with the Keith Noyahr abduction and attempted murder.
The AG has noted that sufficient evidence was available with regard to the suspect’s involvement in this case.
