Inoculation of Oxford Astra Zeneca Covishield for target groups among the masses commenced yesterday. The members of Colombo Municipal Council (CMC) received the jabs. The vaccine is said to be given to people above 30 years of age while targeting the vulnerable, high risk groups and those who interact closely with the public.
