He bit an SI to get away but left sans his pants

A drug dealer, who bit the face of a police sub-inspector who tried to arrest him and thought he had escaped the clutches of the law seller after fleeing on a motorbike without his trousers in Welllamboda, was arrested at Kadugannawa.  

SI Shalika Karunaratna was admitted to the Peradeniya Hospital after being bitten by the drug dealer, who was forced to leave his trouser in the hands of the police officer after the two grappled. When he was arrested by the Kadugannawa Police he had 920 grammes of heroin in his possession. The arrested drug dealer was a resident of Aladuwaka in Pilimatalawa and was arrested along with his motor bike.
