Forensic audit report I was not implicated in the CB bond fraud: Cabraal

Senior Advisor to the Prime Minister on Economic Affairs Ajith Nivard Cabraal said there was not a single case of wrongdoing by him mentioned in the forensic audit report on the Central Bank bond fraud.   

Mr. Cabraal who was the former Central Bank governor before 2015 said it had only traced his relations.   

He said he had told about his relations to all the relevant bodies including the Committee on Public Enterprises (COPE). He was responding to criticism by the UNP that he was implicated in the bond scam.
