Attorney General (AG) Dappula de Livera has referred the matter of the controversial telephone conversation between Solicitor General Dilrukshi Dias Wickramasinghe and Avant Garde owner Nissanka Senadhipathi to the Public Service Commission (PSC) for investigation, the AG’s Coordinating Officer said.
