Cinema halls countrywide have been permitted to begin operations from June 27, Cultural Affairs Ministry Secretary M. K. B. Harischandra said yesterday.He said health guidelines to be followed by all cinema hall patrons would be issued soon. The cinema halls were closed in March with the outbreak of COVID-19.
