Defender vehicle found in Battaramulla
Traffic OIC of the Borella Police, IP Sarathchandra, was injured in a hit and run accident involving a Defender vehicle in Bambalapitiya
yesterday, police said.
They said the motorbike the Inspector was riding on had been hit by the Land Rover Defender on the Galle Road in Bambalapitiya.
The injured IP was admitted to the National Hospital Colombo.
Bambalapitiya Police conducting investigations have managed to locate the Defender parked somewhere in Battaramulla area.
