All positive Covid-19 patients 3,059 in number detected from the Minuwangoda garment factory cluster have fully recovered, the National Operations Centre for Prevention of COVID-19 Outbreak (NOCPCO) said yesterday.
The total number of Covid-19 positive cases reported from the Minuwangoda garment factory employees and Peliyagoda Fish Market cluster stands at 33,950 as of last morning.
Accordingly, 25,274 fully-recovered Covid patients from both Minuwangoda (3,059) and fish market (30,891) clusters have been discharged from hospitals.
A total of 8,150 patients are still under medical care, it is said.
