There were large crowds outside SATHOSA outlets, queuing to purchase consumer goods, after the quarantine curfew was relaxed in 19 police areas in the Gampaha District. The curfew was lifted for 14 hours to enable people to buy their requirements, and medicine. This resulted in a rush at the SATHOSA outlets.
