Nearly 175 COVID-19 patients had been discharged from various hospitals after full recovery yesterday, the Health Ministry said adding that it was the highest number of recoveries recorded on a single day raising the number of those having recovered to 2,296.
Meanwhile, the Epidemiology Unit said 500 patients were still undergoing treatment at hospitals with the number of COVID-19 patients being 2,807 as of 4.30 pm yesterday.
