Premier insurance and reinsurance brokering company Asia Corp Insurance Brokers (Pvt.) Ltd has entered into reinsurance facilitator agreements with leading insurer Sanasa Life Insurance Co. PLC, recently.
The ceremony was hosted at 80 Club Colombo by Asia Corp with its Chairman Sunil De Silva and Ideal Group of Companies Group Chairman Nalin Welgama, including the board of directors and many distinguished invitees from both parties.
De Silva and Welgama expressed their views denoting the importance of reinsurance and were impressed with the stance taken by the technical team of Asia Corp with their expertise in bringing a fantastic proportional reinsurance treaty arrangement during a time where many reinsurers were pulling out from the country, with the prevailing crisis situation in Sri Lanka.
Sanasa Life Insurance Co. PLC CEO Ivan Nicholas also expressed his views by thanking the team of Asia Corp for all the arrangements being addressed with their requirement and also highlighted the importance of this reinsurance treaty arrangement. He is pretty confident that this will definitely evolve them to tap corporate business and it will take the company to greater heights in the near future.
