Video: Colombo Kachcheri on fire

A major fire broke out at the Colombo Divisional Secretariat (Kachcheri) at Dam Street last night causing heavy damages to the building and destroying most of the documents. According to reports the fire had initially erupted around 7 pm on the first floor of the two-storied building and within two hours it had spread to the ground floor as well.
