Vesak Ice Cream Dhansala

The Excise Department gave an ice cream ‘Dhansala’ for the fourth consecutive year to mark Vesak. It was held in front of the main office of the department situated at W.A.D Ramanayake Mawatha, Colombo 2. A large number people came to the ‘Dhansala’. Pic by Pradeep Pathirana
