Life goes on for shanty dwellers who reside along the railway lines in Kelaniya despite the monsoons rains that have left their modest homes submerged and in some cases, completely destroyed. Families gather outside and dry their clothes on train tracks during sporadic bouts of sunshine.  Pics by Varuna Wanniarachchi
