Seminar on Post-conflict reconciliation

A joint seminar on ‘South Africa - Sri Lanka joint dialogue non post-conflict reconciliation’, held today at the Lakshman Kadirgamar Institute for International Relations and Strategic Studies. Defence Secretary Gotabhaya Rajapaksa participated as the Chief Guest at this event. External Affairs Minister G.L. Peris and South African High Commissioner in Sri Lanka G.Q.M.
