A special religious ceremony was held this morning to mark the Independence Day at the Dhammadiththarama  Viharaya, Polwatta at Kollupitiya. Rukman Senanayake, Minister Ms. Rosy Senanayake and Karunasena Kodithuwakku took part in the event. Pix by Pradeep Pathirana
