PAFFREL launches ‘March 12 Declaration’

“March 12 Declaration”, a set of recommendations to be included into the proposed code of conduct due to be introduced to politicians as part of the 100-day program, was launched by the election watchdog People’s Action for Free and Fair Elections (PAFFREL) this morning at the BMICH.
