Minister Dilan Perera, chairman of the Bureau of Foreign Employment and a host of other dignitaries gave away air tickets to migrant workers appointed as teachers in the Seychelle Islands. The Minister said that migrant workers earned 6 Billion USD for the country making them the highest foreign exchange earner of the country. Pix by Nisal Baduge
