A monument unveiling ceremony was held today at the Central Bank premises by the Governor of the Central Bank Ajith Nivard Cabraal to commemorate those who were brutally killed by a terrorist bomb attack on January 31, 1996 at 10.49am. Pix by Pradeep Dilrukshsna
