Muslims gathered at the Galle Face Green today to take part in the Ramazan prayers, ending their month of fasting. During the month of Ramadan, Muslims ask for forgiveness for past sins, pray for guidance and help in resisting everyday evils, and try to purify themselves through self-restraint and good deeds.
