Western Provincial Council UPFA member Hirunika Premachandra today joined hands with common opposition candidate Maitripala Sirisena. She is the second provincial councillor member to join the opposition yesterday. Before that, Sabaragamuwa Provincial Councillor Jayatissa Ranaweera crossed over to the opposition.
