This aeriel photograph shows Sri Lanka's flood-hit north, east Polonnaruwa and central regions that have been flooded for the second time since January, on February 05, 2011. Renewed rains have flooded a large number of towns and villages killing at least 13 and driven away some 800,000 people out of their homes, the Disaster Management Centre said. AFP PHOTO
