Factory on fire

A major fire broke out at a coir producing factory in Mellawagara area in Madamape this morning. According to the police they suspect that a short circuit may have caused the fire. One person who went to douse the fire sustained injuries and was admitted to the Madampe Base Hospital. Pix by Jude Samantha
