Cycle race flagged off

The Ministry of Youth Affairs and Skills Development, and the National Youth Service Council jointly sponsored and conducted a mega cycle race, which was flagged off by the Chief Minister of the Eastern Province Sivanesadurai Shandrakanthan opposite of the Batticaloa Public library this morning.
