Opposition UNP leader Ranil Wickremesinghe is seen here speaking to the media today where he claimed there is no legal basis in terms of the Constitution or the Army Act to keep General Sarath Fonseka under arrest and that Minister Keheliya Rambukwella, Director General of the Media Centre for National Security Lakshman Hulugalle and Military Spokesman Major General Prasad Samarasinghe had contradicted each other in this regard.
