An eye opener

The White Cane Safety Day was celebrated today at the auditorium of the Public library with the participation of many partially and fully blind individuals. The event organized by the Sri Lanka Council for Blind handed over donations and white canes to participants. A musical show was also held to mark the  occasion.  Pix by Nisal Baduge
