Sri Lanka Electrical and Mechanical Engineers (SLEME) troops of the Army handed over nine modernized Unibuffels (improved version of Unicorns), one recovery vehicle and three containers produced by the SLEME to the shippers, to be sent to the Combat Convoy Company (CCC) of the Sri Lankan UN Peace-Keepers serving in Mali.
Army Commander Shavendra Silva attended the event held at the Army Headquarters in Battaramulla this morning to symbolically handover the Unibuffels to Rahileen Booram, Line Manager of Ben Line Shipping Agencies (Pvt) Ltd for onward shipping arrangements. Pix by Pradeep Pathirana
