Kiribathgoda Traders Association Collective held a protest today at the Kiribathgoda town against the VAT increase. They blocked the Kandy-Colombo Road for several hours. Protesters burnt a coffin in the middle of the town to symbolize the death of VAT. Pix by Kushan Pathiraja
